1994, University of North Carolina. A sysadmin named Trey Harris gets one of the strangest bug reports ever: the statistics department cannot send email more than 500 miles. Not to certain servers, literally anything past a 500 mile radius bounces. A sendmail upgrade had reset the connection timeout to almost nothing, so mail only reached machines close enough for light to make the trip inside that tiny window. Do the math the mailer stopped doing.

Objective

Given a connection timeout and a target's distance, decide whether the mail is delivered or bounced, the way a too short timeout drew a circle around the campus.

Steps

Two arguments: the timeout in microseconds, then the target distance in meters. Both are non-negative integers.
Light travels 299792458 meters per second, so in t microseconds it reaches 299792458 * t / 1000000 meters (integer division). Print that reach on its own line.
If the target distance is at most the reach, print delivered on the next line. Otherwise print bounced.
If the argument count is not exactly two, print wrong number of arguments followed by a newline.
