Implement a function that writes a memory region as a classic hexdump-style listing of 16 bytes per row, followed by an ASCII gutter.

Steps

• Read size bytes starting at addr and write them to the standard output using write.
• Group the output into rows of at most 16 bytes.
• On each row, first print every byte as two lowercase hexadecimal digits separated by a single space.
• If the row is the last one and contains fewer than 16 bytes, pad each missing slot with three spaces so the ASCII column stays aligned.
• After the hex column, write one extra space and then the ASCII rendering of the same bytes: each printable byte (values 32 to 126 inclusive) is written as-is, every other byte is shown as ..
