Objective

Implement a function that reports whether a character is a whitespace character.

Steps

Return a non-zero value when c is one of the six standard whitespace characters, and 0 otherwise.
The whitespace set is: space ' ', horizontal tab \t, newline \n, vertical tab \v, form feed \f, and carriage return \r.
Vertical tab \v and form feed \f are the two that are easy to forget, they count just like the others.
Anything else, including letters and digits, is not whitespace.
